Astrophytum asterias and Astrophytum myriostigma
Astrophytum
Astrophytums are part of the cacti family and all the species, less than ten in total, are mainly found in the Americas. Generally, they are without spines, but have big flowers that they boast. The stems of this very popular genus are mostly geometrical in form and are sometimes covered in small white flecks.
The first four images are Astrophytum asterias and the bottom two are Astrophytum mysiostigma, also known as Super Kabuto. |  |
